How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time for your order is determined by your location and the specific item(s) you are purchasing. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Here's an estimated breakdown of delivery times:
- Metro Areas: 2-3 business days.
- Regional Areas: 5-9 business days. Please note that the remoteness of your location may occasionally add an extra day or two to this timeframe.
- Western Australia / Northern Territory: 7-14 business days.
*Important Note: Once your order leaves our warehouse, any unforeseen delays caused by the delivery company are beyond our control. Please understand that expected shipping times are estimates provided to us by the delivery companies and may vary based on specific geographic locations.

How do I know when an item will be shipped?
The majority of our orders are typically dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days, ensuring a swift delivery to your doorstep. Once the items are dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing tracking information.
Please be aware that if you have purchased a pre-order item, the dispatch time may vary. To find the estimated timeframe for pre-order items, please refer to the information provided on each product page.
Do you deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers?
No, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers due to size limitations. Most items are delivered to your door by couriers or specialist carriers, requiring a signature. Please note that we can't use Australia Post facilities, including PO BOX and Parcel Lockers.
